1995

Wolfram Behr and Peter Heil found the engineering company Behr & Heil GmbH in Leipzig. As a young company the focus is on dealing with the detailed design, structural calculations and workshop design for large-scale projects. The company quickly can achieve the first few commissions for all work stages of HOAI [Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure, Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers].

1996

In the course of the support of projects in Berlin the office in Berlin is opened.

1998

For the projects for Deusche Post AG the office in Cologne is opened.

2004

The company's name is changed into BEHR INGENIEURE GmbH.

2005

In Consequence of achieving the first projects in the CIS region BEHR INGENIEURE has a stake in an Ukrainian planning company.

2006

The activities in the CIS region are widened through the foundation of a Kazakh Planning Company.

2010

Expansion of the partner group.

Certification of ISO 9001;2008
